The Dancer Tattoo
This 5 hour session kicked my ass yesterday.... I guess Im getting old because I feel it all in my back this morning... But at the end of the day I really enjoyed doing this piece...trying to get away from the "tattoo" feel...I came at this piece like it was a painting... A "Skin Painting" I wanted hard bold line work... With soft smooth black & grey shading to give it a soulful painting feel...she sat good for 5 hours... But I could tell it was starting to hurt her in the last 30 min...she made it and I finished it... Here you go...there is only one "City of Ink" and we do skin paintings there not just tattoos...

Miya! That is... well amazing...
Amazing indeed. You make this art tell a story. It seems like the tattoo of the dancer and the lady getting the tatt are one in the same.
I am so blown away. That is amazing.
